1. What does Magic Picture™ do to my pictures?

Magic Picture™ is a real HD enhancement filter. It combines several intelligent patented and proprietary technologies that unveil details from your pictures that were previously hidden by noise or usual blurriness.

2. What are the minimum requirements for my pictures to ensure an optimized enhancement?

There are no strict limitations, but the following two rules should be followed:

1. The bigger the picture, the better the enhancement. Picture sizes should not be less than 3 mega-pixel. 5 to 18 mega-pixel images are strongly recommended.
2. Pictures should not be too blurry or pixelated, as the algorithm won’t be able to analyze the degradation to eliminate. Magic Picture™ is mainly intended at making your good pictures look better.

3. What type of pictures can I process?

For now, only JPEG pictures can be processed. But our teams are heavily working to accept all picture standards very soon.

4. Why are my result picture files smaller than the original files?

This is another drastic advantage of Magic Picture™. By eliminating the noise from the pictures, unnecessary information is removed from the picture files.

5. What system do I need to use Magic Picture™?

You can use Magic Picture™ on any computer, laptop, tablet or even smartphone that is connected to the Internet. For now, you simply need to use your system browser to access our website.

6. How long do I need to wait to receive my enhanced picture?

Demand is already so high we cannot guarantee real time delivery. Waiting time is now estimated between 15 minutes to 12 hours. Our teams are strongly committed to shortly deliver you a real time solution.
